This is my first book featuring Meagan and Jack. Meagan is a teacher in a small town, dispairing of finding love in her little world. Jack is an FBI agent who involves Meagan in a dangerous case involving a friend of hers; a friend who turns out to be more of an enemy. Meagan feels an instant attraction to Jack, a dangerous man who also reveals a more compassionate side that has her wondering if they might have a future together.

In Reservations Jack returns after a four month absence, expecting to pick up where he left off. Meagan isn’t so sure though. She has tried to move on with her life, but when he reappears, her emotions are once more thrown into a turmoil. Add to that the matter of unfinished business; with missing money, kidnappings, and an informant in the FBI who threatens their very lives. Meagan not only has to decide if she will allow Jack to sweep her off her feet again, she also needs to stay alive long enough to be able to figure out what she will do.
